Eden Hazard joins Premier League legends

Former Belgian footballer Eden Hazard has officially become part of the Premier League Hall of Fame, ranking among the greatest legends in the history of English football.

The Premier League praised Hazard for his unique playing style, ability to create chances, quick dribbling and the impact he had on Chelsea’s successes over the past decade.

His inclusion in the Hall of Fame places the Belgian among great figures of English football such as Thierry Henry, Alan Shearer, Frank Lampard, Steven Gerrard and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Hazard played for Chelsea FC from 2012 to 2019, during which time he emerged as one of the most important players in the championship. He played 245 matches, scoring 85 goals and providing 54 assists, helping the London club win two Premier League titles in the 2014/15 and 2016/17 seasons.
